Q.  When will my order be shipped?

A.  Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within
      two business days.  We ship six days a week - Monday thru Saturday. 
      If we are out of stock of a particular product, it will be noted on the
      product's main ordering page directly underneath the "Add to Cart"
      button.

Q.  How do you ship?

A.  We ship ONLY via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class       Priority Mail.  Therefore, the shipping address can be a post office
      box number, residential or business address.

Q.  Do you ship to military addresses?

A.  Yes we do. The zip code must be within the U.S.A and its territories.

Q.  When will I receive my order?

A. Once it leaves our warehouse, your order will normally be delivered      within 3-4 days.

Q.  How is the CD formatted and packaged?

A.  The text has been designed to fit on 8-1/2" x 11" paper in a PDF file       format, using easy to read copy with generous left hand margins for       ease of writing. The JUST ABOUT LOVE CD is shrink wrapped and       packaged in a deluxe plastic jewel case,  surrounded by our exclusive       romantic roses pattern.

Q.  How do I view and print froma PDF file?

A.  You just need access to Adobe® Reader®. You can obtain a FREE       copy by clicking on the link below.

Q.  Are the three books on the CD done in color or black and white?

A.   Each of our three JUST ABOUT LOVE books has its own separate        cover and in full color. However, the text pages within each book        varies, some in color graphics, others in black and white. You can of        course, print any of the pages, including the covers, in black and
       white or color.  It's always your choice.  Either way works nicely.

Q.   How do I pay for my order?

A.   Payment is by credit card available 24/7 via secure PayPal.  Note:        You do NOT have to establish a PayPal account in order to pay by        credit card.  Credit card payments will appear on your statement as        Great Ideas Group, Inc.

Q.   Which credit cards to you accept?

A.    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
        via PayPal.

Q.   Do you ship worldwide?  

A.   Orders are accepted only for zip codes within the USA and its
       territories.  

Q.   Do you accept phone orders?

A.   Sorry we do not.  All orders must be processed via our website.
